DUO Building
DUO Group is a Portuguese construction company dedicated to advanced ICF building systems. We work with people building their homes and with clients who need a structure delivered with care, clear schedules and steady communication throughout the build.
Whether we deliver the structure, prepare a home for finishing or complete a turnkey build, we keep the work aligned with the architectural project and the agreed scope.

Our own team stays closely involved with every project, from initial planning through to handover. We focus on construction details and the long-term performance of the home.
Our specialist technical team includes engineers who can analyse and adapt architectural projects for construction using the ICF system.

Have a plot of land? Tell us what you want to build, whether you already have architectural plans or still need to develop a design.
A clear proposal
Our specialists will analyse your architectural plans and adapt the design for construction using the ICF system. We’ll then outline the work, handover stage and estimated cost in a written proposal.
Construction
Our team builds your ICF structure and carries out the agreed construction work, coordinating trades and checking quality at each stage.
Handover
We review the completed scope together and hand over the relevant project documentation.
